WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Since our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Since our jewelry is made-to-order we accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship worldwide from Los Angeles. Since our jewelry is made by hand, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail that you used to place the order. Orders placed during SALE may take up to 7 days to process.
