AN UPDATE ABOUT COVID-19

During this complicated situation, we hope all our customers are safe and healthy. We are still taking and shipping orders as usual. However, there may be small delays due to the extra precautions that we are taking to keep our team and facilities safe. Our hearts go out to the people affected by this pandemic!

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship worldwide from Los Angeles. Since our jewelry is made by hand, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail that you used to place the order.

Please keep in mind that custom duties may apply to international orders. These are fees charged by your country's customs office and unfortunately not something that we're in control of.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item for some reason arrives broken or faulty, please e-mail us at info@rimorjewelry.com and we will resolve that for you.

 

CANCEL AN ORDER

Since our jewelry is made-to-order we accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

We recommend that you:

- Take jewelry off while showering, sunbathing, or working out

- Try to avoid getting your jewelry in contact with water

- Our stainless steel pieces can handle water and will not tarnish

We are not responsible or liable for damaged RIMOR pieces that have been mistreated or in contact with water.
