WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Since our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged. If an item for some reason arrives broken or faulty, please e-mail us at info@rimorjewelry.com and we will resolve that for you. 

CANCEL AN ORDER

Since our jewelry is made-to-order we accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship worldwide from Los Angeles. Since our jewelry is made by hand, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail that you used to place the order. Orders placed during SALE may take up to 7 days to process.
