During this complicated situation, we hope all our customers are safe and healthy. We are still taking and shipping orders as usual. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Since our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item for some reason arrives broken or faulty, please e-mail us at info@rimorjewelry.com and we will resolve that for you. 

CANCEL AN ORDER

Since our jewelry is made-to-order we accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.
